Add Weatherstripping
Weatherstripping may include strips of material that you can apply to your doors or windows. They fold along the length of the door in a V-shape. Often, weather stripping material is made from thick foam rubber, vinyl and metal. For vinyl, the surface must be smooth, whereas bronze or metal weatherstripping must be nailed often to avoid wrinkles.
Add a Door Sweep
Door sweeps are hard plastic, aluminum or vinyl devices that attach to the bottom of your door. They can attach to the exterior or interior. When you close your door, the door sweep stops air from entering through the bottom gap.
